Restaurant Style Green Chutney
We all love to eat at restaurants and food enthusiasts try to recreate the restaurant style food at home with precision. To help and ease your search for restaurant style green chutney, I am sharing with you the authentic style of making it. I had a chance to learn this from a chef.
This chutney is little sour, sweet, hot and tangy. It is an excellent dip for kebabs or any other Indian snack. I personally love its colour and aroma. The wonder ingredient that gives it this colour and texture is curd.

- Now add lemon juice, salt, black salt and sugar to it.
- Grind to a fine paste. Do not add extra water to grind.
- Now add curd and grind again.
- Churning with the curd for 10 -15 seconds should give you the desired consistency as well as the texture.
- Pour the chutney in a serving bowl.
Tips:
- To make the chutney extra spicy you may add little garam masala powder while grinding.
- You may increase the quantity of pudhina to 1/2 cup if you like its strong flavour.
